Established and maintaining a 3-tier Design Systems, ensuring consistency and rapid scalability across 5+ distinct product lines.
Built and managed a team of 13 designers, divided in three squads led by Team Leads. Fully responsible for recruitment, performance evaluations, and resource allocation.
